This is the original American native burning bush. Its small maroon blooms turn to interesting pink capped red berries that will attract many songbirds. Fall color is absolutely beautiful. It will grow in many conditions from full sun to a full canopy. Eastern Wahoo Euonymus is tolerant of juglone. Black Walnut is known to emit juglone which can inhibit other plant growth.
