This little shrub is easy to grow in almost any conditions and very shade tolerant. When not in bloom the maple shaped leaves are a beautiful foliage. Flowers mature to pea sized bluish black fruit that songbirds will love. Fall color is an excellent reddish - purple. This is a high value wildlife shrub for browsers and wild game birds. Black Walnut tolerant.
